Our academy features certified, highly experienced coaches and professionally designed training sessions with clear objectives, as well as progressive coaching points, elite training facilities, and reliable equipment. ISABELLE SETTLE
GENERAL MANAGER
Experienced professional with expertise in accounting, property management, and leadership. Led teams of 5-150+ employees with over 90% satisfaction rates. Qualifications:- 1. Proficient in SagePro, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Yardi, Pillar 9. 2. UBS coursework (A+ in all completed courses). 3. Appraised land, residential and acreage dwellings. Experience:- 1. Processing invoices for 400 rental suites across 3 communities. 2. Led teams of 5-12 employees, overseen over 150 employees. 3. Received over 90% employee satisfaction. 4. Maintained 93% team retention. 5. Exceeded customers' expectations with 89% satisfaction. 6. Speaker at senior housing & real estate networking events. STEVE FULLARTON
COACH
Over 25 years of coaching experience with multiple ACAC Coach of the Year awards. Former professional trialist with extensive playing and coaching background. Qualifications:- 1. Canadian Soccer Association 'C' License. 2. Canadian Soccer Association 'B' Provincial License. 3. 3x ACAC Coach of the Year (2009/10, 2012/13, 2013/14). Experience:- 1. Technical Director – Red Deer City Soccer Association (2000). 2. Alberta Provincial Select Program Coach for U14 boys (2002). 3. Head Coach – Red Deer College Kings (2008-2016). 4. Assistant Technical Director – Red Deer Renegades S.C. (2016-2025). 5. Alberta Soccer Association Contract Coach and learning facilitator. 6. Professional trials at Dundee United F.C. and Sunderland F.C. Interests:- Biking, Hiking, Golfing, Spending time with grandchildren
MEHDI SOUILAH
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Head Soccer Coach with over 9 years of experience leading youth teams to success, including consecutive league championships. Passionate about creating positive training environments. Qualifications:- 1. Canadian Soccer Association 'C' License. 2. Canadian Soccer Association 'B' License. Experience:- 1. Managed U12 and U15 boys competitive teams (24 players). 2. Led teams to back-to-back league championships. 3. Assistant Coach at Red Deer Polytechnic King's Soccer Team. 4. Private coaching at Black Rock Boxing. 5. Developed structured training sessions focusing on technical drills and tactical awareness.
RAHIM EL FERKH
COACH
Passionate soccer coach based in Calgary with experience developing young athletes. Focuses on player development, technical precision, and mental resilience. Qualifications:- 1. CONCACAF B Diploma (In Progress 2025). 2. Canada Soccer C-Licence Certified (2023). 3. Soccer for Life – Trained. 4. Safe Sport Training, Mental Health in Sport certified. Experience:- 1. Academy coach, APDL coach, U23 team at MUSC Club (2025). 2. Head Coach – Foothills Majors Boys and U23 Boys (2024-2025). 3. Academy Center Coach – U12-U19 at Foothills Soccer Club. 4. Head Coach and PDP coach – Calgary Northeast United FC (2022-2023). 5. Provincial Championship winner (Alberta Soccer 2023). Interests:- Staying active, playing guitar, studying sports psychology
